"Disappointed with the quality"
I really wanted to like this pan, but it felt kind of cheap right out of the box and already had scratches after just two uses. I also reached out with a basic concern and felt like it was basically ignored, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

I was pretty much ready to order from soloveykitchen.com, but once I got to payment it started feeling way more limited than I expected. I was hoping for something flexible like pay later or splitting the total up, but there really wasn’t a good option for that.
Maybe it’s fine if you’re paying all at once, but for me it was frustrating, like the goalposts moved right when I was about to finish the order. I ended up leaving without buying, which is annoying because I actually wanted the stuff. They’d make it a lot easier if checkout had more payment choices

I tried to place my order, but the checkout kept failing over and over. There wasn’t any clear explanation or helpful message, so I was basically left in the dark about what was going wrong. After a few attempts, I just gave up

I was hoping to pick up a few specific items, but after I clicked on them, about half ended up showing as unavailable. I expected the listings to be a little more up to date, so it was frustrating...

"Uneven cabinet edges and frustrating support"
The cabinet looked okay at first, but once I started putting it together I noticed the edges were uneven and the doors wouldn’t line up right no matter how much I adjusted them. I reached out to support hoping for some help, but the response made me feel like they were blaming me for the issue instead of actually trying to fix it. Disappointing overall

"Good product, but the support was frustrating"
The product itself seemed decent, so I was hopeful at first. But when I ran into a problem, customer support took forever to reply and never really gave me a clear answer. After a while, it felt like they were just hoping I’d give up. I wanted this to be a better experience, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Design consult didn’t really help"
I had a design consultation i was expecting a lot more. Isn’t the whole point to walk away with clear ideas and a better direction? Instead, it felt rushed, the suggestions were kind of basic, and the follow-up took longer than I expected. I actually left more confused than when I started, which was frustrating. For me, it just wasn’t worth the time.

"Not great service, honestly"
The customer service was bad for me. I messaged them about my order, and for days I was just waiting with no real answer clear. When they finally did reply, it wasn’t even that helpful. Most of the time it felt like I was kind of being ignored. I don’t think I’d order from them again...

"Install Support Was Frustrating"
I had a really hard time getting help with the install. The support I got wasn’t very useful, and it felt like they were just sending canned apologies instead of actually helping fix the problem. I don’t mind issues coming up, but it’s frustrating when the response feels copy-pasted and nothing really gets resolved.

"I went to the showroom expecting at least..."
I went to the showroom expecting at least a decent experience, but it was pretty much a mess. I spent way too much time just standing around waiting, and when someone finally did come over, they barely helped or answered anything properly. It felt like nobody really wanted to deal with customers. I ended up leaving annoyed and wondering why I even bothered going in

"Not thrilled with the hardware"
The hinges feel flimsy, and the handles started getting loose way sooner than I expected. For the price, I thought the quality would be a lot better, not fancy or anything, just solid enough to hold up. Kind of disappointing, to be honest.

The food was alright, nothing amazing but not bad either. What really threw me off was the staff. I had to repeat my order a few times, and it felt like they were annoyed that I was even asking. The whole thing just made the experience kind of awkward. it gave me the feeling they care more about getting people in, paid, and out than actually making sure customers have a decent experience

"not really worth the price"
i didn’t feel like this was worth the money. for what it cost, i was expecting better quality and just a nicer experience overall. it ended up feeling average to me, not like something that should be priced that high. maybe other people had a better experience, but i was disappointed and would probably look somewhere else next time.

"Wish there were more custom options"
I was expecting a bit more flexibility when customizing the kitchen. I’ve done a kitchen update before, and compared to that experience, the choices here felt limited. A few of the sizes and finishes I had in mind weren’t available, which made it harder to get everything to fit my space the way I wanted. For the price, I thought there would be more room to customize.

This warranty thing wasn’t much help. When I actually needed to use it, it barely covered anything I assumed it would. Frustrating overall, and I definitely wouldn’t rely on it again.

"I found the communication really lacking..."
I found the communication really lacking. I had to keep chasing for updates, and when I did get replies, they were often unclear and didn’t really seem to address what I’d asked. Maybe they were busy or just having an off week, but it definitely felt like my messages weren’t being read properly. Overall, it was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t use them again

Using this site felt way more dramatic than it needed to be. The layout was confusing, the pages loaded slowly, and I kept feeling like I’d wandered into the wrong hallway of a maze. I eventually figured things out, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience.

I ordered this based on the measurements listed on the site, and what showed up was not even close. I double checked everything before buying, so it was really frustrating when it didn’t fit the space at all. It kind of felt like the goalposts moved after I placed the order, because the info online said one thing and the actual item was totally different. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I definitely wouldn’t trust the listed measurements again
